Design of a System for Verification of Automatic Guided Vehicle Routes Using Computer Emulation

A frequent change in the manufacturing program caused by a customer requirements requires logistics system company that can respond flexibly to these changes. In order for business and optimally tasks created, tool is needed verify functionality of entire process. This article, at its core, deals with use emulation mixed environment real virtual worlds as optimising automatic guided vehicle (AGV) routes. The main objective article design allows verification AGV routes using computer emulation. solution was created programmed Tecnomatix Plant Simulation program, cooperation supply tractors, tested on logistic test circuit. results show area application such mainly capacity utilisation AGVs are used internal processes. helps cut down time it takes optimise operations well systems full before commencing production.
